Individual Therapy

As a licensed psychologist providing culturally sensitive therapy, I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to address your concerns. I use an integrative approach that includes cognitive behavioral and interpersonal theory to personalize treatment to your needs. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to develop an individualized plan to actively work toward your goals. In treatment, we will explore what may interfere with you reaching your goals, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and develop new ways of coping to build a meaningful life and relationships. I work only with adults and specialize in addressing the following issues: anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, stress, diversity and cultural issues, life changes and transitions, relationships, divorce, grief and loss, college student issues and low self-esteem.

Please note that I do not conduct psychological assessments or write letters for emotional support animals (this falls under the scope of forensic psychology).
